An Illinois native, I have two degrees from Illinois State University.  After a short stint at the Big Ten Conference HQ, I worked in college athletics at both the University of South Carolina and Santa Clara University for 20-something years.  After living in Northern California for 8.5 years, including Los Gatos, Calif. the last 5.5 years, we moved to Tampa, Florida in December of 2016.  We bought a house and made it our own #FixerUpper!  My man is in tech sales for CDW and I am opened my own boutique PR agency, Bee Young Communications and Marketing, in May of 2020.
